O'HARE: Please use the All-Star Cab courtesy phones located on the Hotel / Transportation "Computer Kiosks" in the baggage claim area in ALL TERMINALS or call one of the phone numbers listed above for immediate pick-up.

MIDWAY: Please be sure to place your reservation a minimum of 45 minutes in advance by calling us at one of the phone numbers listed above.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Always be sure to place reservations with All-Star Cab's office and not with the driver; although you may request any unit number.

Please ask your driver for an All-Star Cab business card and a completely filled out receipt at the time of service.

$4.00 FOR 1ST MILE FLAG PULL ON ALL TRIPS

METER = $2.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL MILE

RATE 1 (METER):

Is used when traveling within the same town or to a town that shares the same border

RATE 2 (METER + 20%):
Is used when traveling to a town that does not share borders

RATE 3 (METER + 50%):
Is used when traveling North of the Illinois State Border, South of 95th Street and West of

Route 47

WAIT TIME : Is calculated at $24.00 per hour
