O’HARE AND MIDWAY AIRPORT OR DOWNTOWN / LOOP AREA PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

When you are being picked up at Midway or the Downtown / Loop area, always be sure to place your reservation a minimum of 45 minutes in advance to allow sufficient time for your taxi to arrive.

Upon arrival at either airport, you MUST call or use our courtesy phone AFTER receiving your luggage so we can provide you with your unit and door number as well as instructions on where to wait. It is against the law to dispatch a suburban taxi into the terminals without a call in. There is a no curb and no waiting policy at both O’Hare and Midway Airports.

  • O'HARE: Please use the All-Star Cab courtesy phone located on the Hotel / Transportation “Computer Kiosks” in the baggage claim area in ALL TERMINALS or call (847) 658-1555.
  • MIDWAY: Please use the All-Star Cab courtesy phone located on the Hotel / Transportation Board in the baggage claim area or call (847) 658-1555.
